In the kitchen, it's the proprietor, Cédrick who is in charge. Benefitting fom his 25 years of experience, he proposes "homemade" cooking, using fresh produce, some of which come from his large garden (tomato, aromatic plants, courgette ...) and his orchard ( peach tree, walnuts, red fruits ..). Authentic cooking that celebrates the beautiful products of the Burgundy region.
He makes all his cooked meats himself, his wild boar ham as well as pastries and large desserts for receptions.
In the winter, his cooking gives pride of place to game, the house specialty!
These delicious dishes are served in the warm and friendly atmosphere of the two dining rooms, ideal to accommodate groups with their respective capacity of 25 and 100 seats.
Our outside catering service also proposes tasty takeaway food to make your life easier at a family or association meal.
